By downloading AgriComm Bazaar mobile application and using the Services provided here, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.By accessing and/or using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. As set out in the General Terms set out herein above, you must be at least of legal age to access the Platform and/or use the Services.
We may update this statement from time to time by publishing a revised version on the Platform in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Please check this Privacy Policy document each time before you share Personal Information with us.
AgriComm Bazaar may share the information (including your Personal Information) with our Affiliates, employees, directors, agents, contractors, business partners and our successors or permitted assigns or any third party service provider, for the purposes of providing you access to the Platform and/or Services, and by registering on the Platform and/or for our Services, you provide your express consent to us that we may collect, store, share, transmit or otherwise use your information (including Personal Information) in accordance with this Privacy Policy in particular and these Terms in general.

3. Data Collection
Our company’s overriding policy is to collect as little user information as possible to ensure a completely private user experience when using the Service. We also have no technical means to access your message/chat contents on the platform since it is encrypted.
Service’s user data collection is limited to the following:
3.1. Account creation:
Any user signing up for a User Account on AgriComm Bazaar is requested for the following personal information, as defined and protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Other Personal Information Collected during Use: We may collect geolocation of your device and IP address during your use of the services.
3.2. When You Visit our Sites or Use our Applications:
When you visit our Sites or use our Applications, some information is automatically collected. This may include information such as the Operating System (OS) running on your device, Internet Protocol (IP) address (which may be used to obtain your geolocation), access times, browser type, time zone, and language, and the website you visited before our Sites. We also collect information about how you use AgriComm Bazaar’s Sites, Applications and Services, including the elements you have interacted with, meta data and other details about these elements, clicks, change states and other user actions.
3.3. When You Use our Applications:
We may use analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Applications and services. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. In addition to information we collect on our Sites, when you use our Applications we may also collect your city location, device model and version, device identifier (or “UDID”), OS version, and your AgriComm Bazaar credentials.
We send push notifications from time to time in order to update you about events or promotions. If you no longer wish to receive such communications, you may turn them off at the device level.

We and our authorized partners may use cookies and other information gathering technologies for a variety of purposes. These technologies may provide us with personal information, information about devices and networks you utilize to access our Sites, and other information regarding your interactions with our Sites. We partner with third parties to either display advertising on the Sites or to manage our advertising on other sites. We may also collect Personal Information that you provide when you list an auction, place Bids, make an Offer or an Acceptance, or otherwise communicate with us or other Users on or through the Platform.
4.2. Account Opening Related Data
In order to maintain integrity of the Service, AgriComm Bazaar must take measures to avoid creation of accounts by spammers. Each User Account is unique and associated with an individual. Therefore, a unique identifier consisting of first name, last name, gender is generated and associated with each user. Contact number is used to facilitate messaging service between one or more users of the service. The legal basis for processing is User Consent. You are free to delete your User Account and remove that data in the account panel of your AgriComm Bazaar User account.
4.3. Verification
Such data will only be used to contact you with important notifications about AgriComm Bazaar, to send you information related to security, to verify your User Account, or to send you password recovery links if you enable the option. We may also inform you about new AgriComm Bazaar features in which you might have an interest. You are free, at any given time, to opt-out of those features through the account settings panel. In order to pursue our legitimate interest of preventing the creation of accounts by spam bots or human spammers, AgriComm Bazaar uses a variety of human verification methods. You may be asked to verify using either reCaptcha, Email, or SMS. IP addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers provided are saved temporarily in order to send you a verification code and to determine if you are a spammer.
4.4. Unauthorized Login
In order to detect unusual activity from your User Account, geolocation and IP addresses are used to ascertain only genuine users are using the services, and any suspicious activity is reported to the user. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest to prevent unauthorized use of Service and protection of user’s interest, thereby maintaining integrity of the Service. Any personal information, so collected, is stored in encrypted form on AgriComm Bazaar’s servers.
4.5. Communicating with AgriComm Bazaar
Your communications with the Company, such as support requests, bug reports, or feature requests may be saved by our staff. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest to troubleshoot more efficiently and improve the quality of the AgriComm Bazaar service.
4.6. Payment Information
The Company relies on third parties to process UPI, Credit card, and other payment gateways and hence the Company necessarily must share payment information with third parties. The legal basis of this processing is the necessity to the execution of the contract between you and us and for us to receive our Service Fees.
4.7. Native Applications
When you use our native applications, we (or the mobile app platform providers) may collect certain information in addition to the information mentioned elsewhere in this Policy. We may use mobile analytics software (such as fabric.io app statistics and crash reporting, Play Store app statistics, App Store app statistics, or self-hosted Sentry crash reporting) to send crash information to our developers so that we can fix bugs rapidly. Some platforms (such as the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store) may also collect aggregate, anonymous statistics like which type of devices and operating systems that are most commonly used, the total number of installs, total number of uninstalls, and the total number of active users, and may be governed by the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest to improve the quality of the AgriComm Bazaar service. Any personal data acquired during this process is anonymized.
5. Data Use
Any data that we do have will never be shared except under the circumstances described below in the Data Disclosure Section. We do NOT do any analysis on the limited data we do possess. All personal information collected from You is solely used for delivering, and improving the Service.

6.1. Third-Party Advertisers and Links to Other Websites
We may include third-party advertising and links to other websites and apps. Third-party advertising partners may collect information about you when you interact with their content, advertising, and services. 6.2. Use of Third-Party Advertising Services
We provide ad companies with information that allows them to serve you with more useful and relevant ads and to measure their effectiveness. We never share your name or other information that directly identifies you when we do this. Instead, we use an advertising identifier like a cookie or other device identifier. For example, if you have already downloaded one of our apps, we will share your advertising identifier and data about that event so that you will not be served an ad to download the app again. 7. Data Storage
All servers used in connection with the provisioning of the Service are located in India and are rented by the Company from third party service providers. Only employees of the Company have physical or other access to the servers. Data is ALWAYS stored in encrypted format on our servers. Offline backups may be stored periodically, but these are also encrypted. We do not possess the ability to access any user encrypted message content on either the production servers or in the backups.
8. Data Retention
All personal information collected is retained till You delete your user account or withdraw consent from profile section on AgriComm Bazaar website or the mobile app. You must appreciate that You may continue to use our services even when you withdraw consent for personal information related to visual characteristics.
The data records are deleted automatically once You request account deletion.
9. Right to Access, Rectification, Erasure, Portability, and Right to lodge a complaint
Through the Service, you can directly access, edit, delete or export personal data processed by the Company in your use of the Service. A user may access such information through the profile section in our website or the mobile app.
Alternatively, any user may write an email/post-mail to Data Protection Officer for AgriComm Bazaar and request a copy of their personal information, as held by the Company, or request modification or deletion of their personal data.

The Company, on receiving such request from a user, shall attend to the request made by the user and do the needful within 15 days from date of such request.
If your User Account has been suspended for a breach of our terms and conditions, and you would like to exercise the rights related to your personal information, you can make a request to our support team.
In case of violation of your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.
10. Data Sharing
Your data is not sold by us and not shared with any other entity for any commercial purpose. However, certain payment related information may be shared with third-party payment processing companies for subscription fee.
11. Data Disclosure
We will only disclose the limited user data we possess if we are instructed to do so by a fully binding request coming from the competent authorities (legal obligation). While we may comply with electronically delivered notices (see exceptions below), the disclosed data can only be used in court after we have received an original copy of the court order by registered post or in person, and provide a formal response.
If a request is made for encrypted content that AgriComm Bazaar does not possess the ability to decrypt, the fully encrypted message content may be turned over. If permitted by law, AgriComm Bazaar will always contact a user first before any data disclosure.
AgriComm Bazaar may from time to time, contest requests if there is a public interest in doing so. In such situations, the Company will not comply with the request until all legal or other remedies have been exhausted.
When you list an auction with your details on the Platform, such listing, post and/or activity are shared with other Users who may then share this information with others through the Platform and/or Services or outside the Platform and/or Services. You acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy in relation to the auctions, Bids, Offers, Acceptance, Contract Confirmation, which are posted on the Platform.NOT WITH STANDING THE ABOVE, LISTINGS/POSTINGS MADE ON THE PLATFORM WILL ONLY BE SHARED WITH OTHER USERS ON A REQUIREMENT BASIS ONLY.
12. Modifications to Privacy Policy
AgriComm Bazaar reserves the right to periodically review and change this policy from time to time and we will notify users who have enabled the notification preference about changes to our Privacy Policy Your continued use of AgriComm Bazaar’s services constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any future revisions.Please revisit this page to stay aware of any changes. In general, we only use your personal information in the manner described in the Privacy Policy in effect when we received that personal information.
For revisions to this Privacy Policy that may be materially less restrictive on our use or disclosure of personal information you have provided to us, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and obtain your consent before implementing revisions with respect to such information.
